The Reno/Sparks area, also called the Truckee Meadows is a vibrant and picturesque area.  

Reno is known as the "Biggest Little City in the World". Nothing could be truer. You have an extraordinary combination of great shopping, entertainment, mild climate, world class skiing, golf and outdoor adventures. All of this is mixed with history and culture and small town spirit. 

Sparks is known as the "Rail City". Sparks is a very family friendly town that has seen great growth over the last few years. The Marina and the Legends Shopping Mall are changing the face of Sparks. They bring electricity to the already activity field community. 

Whether you are looking in the Newlands District, Caughlin Ranch, Somersett, Wingfield or Spanish Springs...we have the neighborhood for you. From old historical neighborhoods with tree lined streets to master planned communities with walking paths and golf courses ...Reno/Sparks is a great place to live!! 

There are over 300,000 people that make our area their home. Our climate is quite mild. With our 4500 feet altitude, you will find the average winter temp to be 34 degrees and the average summer temp is 66 degrees. We see an average annual percipitation of 7.3 feet of rain and 23.1 feet of snow. 

Reno is only 20 minutes from the spectacular natural beauty of Lake Tahoe. Lake Tahoe is the highest lake of its size in the United States. It is a masterpiece of nature and home to 18 major ski resorts, camping, fishing, hiking and more. 

Fernley is a rural bedroom community East of Reno. You will find incredilbe values if your willing to make the short commute. Many industries make their home in Fernley, including Amazon.com.
